A Destiny's Rose HCS Inc., is a home and community-based service provider in the Dallas, Tarrant County area providing individualized services and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. 

 

Our mission is to assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities

 to achieve their desired level of cognitive, physical, social and mental ability. Additionally, we stimulate an environment to encourage the strengthening of other self-help skills to include enhancing personal strengths and interests while increasing their independence to have an acceptable quality of life and community interaction. 

 

Our administrative team have more than 10 years of experience in caring for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
